JAYHAWKS MEN’S SOCCER EARNS MAJOR POSTSEASON HONORS!
The Muskegon Jayhawks men's soccer team wrapped up a strong season with several players earning regional and conference recognition for their outstanding performances on the field!
Leading the list, Kumbi Mutamuko and Arturo Romero were both named to the Region XII Division II All-Region Team, highlighting their dominance and impact throughout the season.
The dynamic duo also earned spots on the First Team All-MCCAA, showcasing their skill, leadership, and consistency at the highest level of conference play.
Joining the honors, Steve Gonzalez was selected to the Second Team All-MCCAA after a breakout season where he proved to be a key contributor in the Jayhawks' success.
Earning Honorable Mention All-Conference recognition were Landon Meacher, Hogan Malott, and Alejandro Ruiz, each making valuable contributions and displaying the depth and determination of the Jayhawk lineup.
Rounding out the awards, promising newcomer Gavin Blanksma was named to the All-Freshman Team, signaling a bright future for Muskegon soccer.
