The Muskegon Community College Jayhawks fell to conference‑leading Mid Michigan College 95 - 83 on Wednesday night at the Health and Wellness Center. A fast-paced first half put MCC in an early hole, as the Lakers' offense surged to a 58–45 advantage at the break.
Despite the deficit, the Jayhawks continued to battle throughout the second half, matching Mid Michigan nearly possession for possession, but the early gap proved too difficult to erase.
